Placing the order was very simple and…

Placing the order was very simple and user friemdly. There were two items with different delivery dates. The first item was delivered one day before the expected date. The second item was promised to be delivered by 4th Sep. But a few days later the delivery time was improved and I recieved my order on 22nd Aug.
Thanks Glaxus for very efficient services.

By my purchase they were incredibly quick.
Less than 2 days between purchasing and delivery.
I know Galaxus is the bigest swiss online retailer, they've said it will be delivered in 2 days, but, honestly, I expected something like a week.
Keep it up!

Super fast delivery of the complete package at expected quality

I placed my order at 20:30 CET and less than 2 hours later received notification that my order was sent out. I purchased several kitchen items. Delivery was completed within 15-16 hours from ordering! All items look as they were presented at the website, no surprise. I received everything what I ordered and at expected quality. Super service!

The delivery arrived one day early

The delivery arrived one day early, which made me mega happy. I also saved CHF 60 by ordering through Galaxus and not buying in the shops. I'm not a great fan of ordering online (I'm thinking about our dying shops) but this made all the difference to me. A good experience all round as I also love the product.
