Galaxus is quite reliable. They are a distributor, so you don't get First Party support, but as a middleman they are top notch.

I’ve purchased many different products from Galaxus over the years, and they have consistently been one of my favourite online shopping platforms in Switzerland.

What I particularly appreciate is the combination of good prices, great deals, a wide selection of products, and fast and efficient service. Orders are generally processed and delivered quickly, and the whole shopping experience is straightforward and reliable.

Their customer communication is also excellent. They don’t simply sell you a product and leave you to it, they actually keep customers informed when there are updates, changes or potential issues with a product. I recently received a notification about a product recall, for example, and really appreciated being informed proactively. This kind of transparency and responsibility makes a big difference and gives me even more confidence as a customer.

I also really like that Galaxus continuously updates the information and reviews on their website, making it easier for customers to make informed decisions before purchasing.

After buying so many things from them, I can honestly say that I’ve had a very positive experience. Good deals, reliable service, fast delivery, transparent communication and excellent customer information.

I have usually had good experiences with Galaxus, but it seems they sometimes sell items from suppliers outside of Switzerland without first ensuring that the product will in fact work in Switzerland.

Specifically, the Xplora smart watch is supposed to work in Switzerland without the Xplora subscription, however the company seems to provide no process to actually connect it that way. They force you to a page to register a subscription which will never work in Switzerland where Xplora does not provide service. No alternate connection option is provided.

It seems Galaxus should have been clear when selling this watch that connection problems are likely. So far I do not know if the company will EVER connect my watch as they are failing to reply to repeated support requests.

Thanks to Galaxus' extensive product range, up-to-date availability information, fast delivery, hassle-free returns, and outstanding customer service, it has become the only place where I shop online. If I can't find it on Galaxus, it's not worth having.

Bravo! The variety of offers is huge, prices are reasonable, and delivery & return terms super convenient. The only thing that needs improvement is the presentation of certain products (sometimes the description and photos don't match, or the photos are insufficient).
