Overseas F1 tickets
I bought tickets already at an inflated price to an overseas F1 race and was surprised at checkout by the $295 handling fee. However, all my emails with questions sent were answered throughly with a 48 hr turn around as promised if not sooner. I would recommend doing digital tickets that you can add to your Apple wallet, as we are going to have to find somewhere that can print our ticket as we will be o/seas. Lastly the true value will be known if at the time my tickets will be delivered 5-7 days before event as advised and if it all runs smoothly.

The handling fees represent our administration costs, acting as a third party ticket reseller."

5.2 Service Charge
The service charge fee, if applied, differs according to the event and is used to cover the costs incurred by Gootickets.com and/or the Organizer in servicing your ticketing arrangement.
The tickets will be "e-tickets" and will be in your account some days before the event, as stated on the order confirmation. There will not be any "Apple Wallet".
We would like to specify that ticket type and layout of the tickets are decided by the event organiser and not Gootickets, as we are only resellers, and can't be changed. We have no power on this decision.
We are sure you will receive your tickets on time and that all will be good.

Good experience
Bought 2 tickets on Abu Dhabi GT Formula 1. Was a little bit nervous, read couple bad reviews. I’ve used partial payment and bought 2 tickets which was a little bit cheaper than the ones from the official site, but you can buy minimum 2 tickets.
I was waiting till the week before the race, but the tickets was delivered on time, as they promising on their site. I’ve called couple times on their customer service and they were always polite and explained me everything.
I’m writing this review sitting on my seats, happy and enjoying the show. Sorry for bad English.
Just one recommendation, I’ve asked couple time about the clarification via email, they have not answered me at all. So it will be cool if you answered.

before the race they do NOT send the tickets and all the lines are CLOSED ..no one picks up the phone!! do NOT book with this website. We called the number listed and you are never connected to any agents and the line switches off.

Easy to use however the cart and making payments has been difficult. Once card payments went through I got an email stating my ticket purchase was unsuccessful even though my bank transfer went through. Awaiting ticket confirmation from their customer service.
