GooTickets calls it a refund
GooTickets calls it a refund, but it isn't. They keep your money as store credit that can only be spent with them, then put a 24-month expiry on it. If you don't use it in time, they simply keep your money.
I tried to use my credit and was told it had expired and was no longer available. Customer service offered no flexibility, no goodwill, and no solution—just quoted their policy. I don't understand why there should be a time limit on money that was already mine, especially when I never had the option of receiving an actual refund to my original payment method.
Very disappointing experience. I won't be using GooTickets again and would not recommend them.
