Exactly what I was looking for. No plastic (except for pump), easy to clean, tall fountain. The fill line lets me know how much my dog drinks. It's quiet, although I enjoy the sound of fountains, and my dog has plenty of room to drink from the spout, which is what she prefers. It also fits perfectly on my bowl stand so her drinking is at shoulder height. I've used it for a couple of weeks now and no issues at all.

I was really hoping for a premium pet fountain, but overall this was a major disappointment for the price point.

Drop-Shipped / White-Label Feeling: After receiving it, I realized this exact same hardware is sold on AliExpress for a fraction of Good Origins' "sale" price. My suspicions were confirmed when I emailed support asking for the dimensions of the add-on Anti-Splash Mat—customer service admitted they had no technical specs or measurements available in their system.

Weak Circulation: The pump/circulation is quite weak. Small particles sit at the bottom of the stainless steel bowl (the part that the dog drinks from) rather than moving through the filter, which completely defeats the purpose of a continuous flow system.

Materials: Also note that not all parts of the fountain are made of stainless steel, the pump is plastic, as is the contraption that holds the filter. The instructions also do not clearly explain how to place the filter.

Packaging & Shipping: The box arrived heavily beat up, and there was already a small dent in the stainless steel bowl right out of the box.

Misleading "Free" Add-Ons: The promotional extras are extremely cheap. The "mystery toys" consisted of a single small plush duck, and the "cleaning kit" was just a single flimsy brush.

You're essentially paying a steep markup for a basic white-label item with subpar customer support data and performance. I’d recommend buying off aliexpress or trying another brand.

Shey provided STELLAR customer service! I asked to return my 4L bowl (which the carrier smashed while delivering it). I submitted pictures and Shey was extraordinary in her response time and understanding. I was given the option to have a new one sent out or to return the one I’d received. I chose to return it and she, again, gave me some options for the return process. She was thorough and polite throughout the entire process. As promised, my money was refunded. It was refreshing to have someone be so incredibly customer service oriented. Thank you Shey! You deserve a raise!

What made my experience great, is that their customer service was very professional and responsive when I texted them. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel my processed order.
It is so difficult when shopping online to know the company you are purchasing from is honest caring and trustworthy. I will definitely be more than happy to purchase products from them in the future, and I want to thank them for being so helpful! 💯

Update: I finally received proper communication and the issues have been resolved and I pointed out that a little more effort along with better communication could have resolved the issue much quicker and then had a happy client from the get go.

Customer service was outstanding. Responses via emails are timely. I wish the product I bought would have been easier to set up and maintain. These products made in China are often not of high quality.

Fountain stopped worked. At first they were being communicative but once it became apparent I would need a refund, they haven’t been back in touch and haven’t answered three emails. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I attempted to return my purchase for a credit and was unable to because they provided a bogus return address. And there is no phone number listed anywhere on their website, emails, orders, etc.

I purchased the 4L water bowl for my dog but she is too small to use it. I have been trying to return it but the email address they give is invalid and there is no phone number listed to call. Please do not purchase anything from GOODORIGINS!!!!

I purchased this Dog fountain on August 19, 2026. I tried it and I think its a good product. However, my 6 year old dog does not want to drink out of it. I had to give him treats at first to drink from it, that worked for a couple of days, now he does NOT want to drink out of it,
I have called Goodorigins for three days and left a voicemail asking for a return call. I have never had a response from them.
I am fed up with the lack of customer service or any response from this company. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS FROM GOODORIGINS!!!

I recently purchased two Good Origins 4L water fountains for my two Bearded Collies. The customer service provided by this company has been outstanding!!

Shey from customer service (in particular) is responsive and prompt. He/she goes out of their way to acknowledge my requests and provides immediate answers. This company really cares about their customers and it shows.

Good Origins water fountains are excellent quality and I continue to be impressed with how well they work. My dogs are drinking more water, which is good for their health. I have peace of mind knowing they are drinking pure clean filtered water with no biofilm. I am recommending these water fountains to all my dog and breeder friends...

I had ordered the largest fountain since I have 2 Bernese Mountain Dogs and a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. The dogs loved it and seemed to drink more water daily. Had it about a month and the pump stopped working. Customer Service was great. Keeping me informed of the process to obtain a new pump. It has been mailed!! Would recommend this to my other dog friends

Its customer service is tops, and rarely do I experience this level. Their customer communication is tops. I recommended some alternatives to make their product not just good but great, and they were very receptive to my input. Given my experience thus far in these areas, I do not have further recommendations on how to improve these areas.

Customer service is outstanding. I had an issue with the pump and a red light going on & off. Customer service was immediately responsive and tried to help to resolve the issue. When nothing seemed to work, they were going to send me a new pump. I can happily tell you ultimately it had nothing to do with the pump. After recharging it again overnight, the pump began to work and no red light! I reported to customer service and cancelled the pump. As always, they were gracious and told me to contact them again for anything. It was truly a pleasure working with a real person who was responsive instead of the impersonal voice prompts. Thank you.
