​"I purchased a StyleCraft Reign Clipper, but right out of the box, it pulls and snags hair instead of cutting smoothly. When I reached out for help, they refused any return or exchange simply because the tool had been tested and used once. Selling a professional-grade tool that doesn't work and refusing to stand behind it is unacceptable. Buyer beware of their return policy if you run into a defective product."

​Since the retailer won't help, you should bypass them and go straight to the manufacturer. StyleCraft usually has a warranty process for defective items.
