The shower head and filters are terrific and I do notice the differences since using the product. Also , and this is rare, customer service is very helpful, considerate and timely in their responses. I have not had a better experience in years!

Eskiin has proved to be everything they claim. I used their product for years and was overwhelmingly satisfied. Recently, I had to cancel my subscription because I moved. In true Eskiin fashion, they answered my email in 30 minutes and had my subscription canceled with a thank you note. Their product and customer service is hard to match. Love this company.

We loved our first eskiin shower head so much that we ordered a second one for another bathroom. When we ran across a problem with one of the pieces, I contacted them and got it taken care of within an hour! They have the best product and the best customer service!!

What a shower !! This is the best showerhead I have ever found! No joke! I feel cleaner, I dont have to dodge clogged sprayers on a so called great showerhead. Nope found Eskiin and it is wonderful. Customer service is just as awesome! Thanks for making the best!!

In purchasing my new home i was not aware of how "hard" and mineraluzed the water was until I noticed the rings in the toilet bowls. AWFUL! Then I noticed the difference in my hair when I traveled and decided I wanted a change. I purchased the eskiin shower head and love the experience of the rain like shower and the difference in my hair and softness of my skin. Wonderful product and great customer service!!!!

The shower head is good, but it has not helped the eczema on my head. We have been using the showerhead for one year now and my eczema is worse and my hair has gotten thinner.

If your residential water or even Well water is so absolutely trashed, you need a whole house filter. This product is absolutely ridiculous. The only water you’re going to treat. Is that in your shower you’re going to ignore all the rest of the water in your house.

This is an example of what so many companies do today to create fear to sell a product to the marginally intelligent they should be ashamed of themselves. They should be put out of business absolutely ridiculous to take advantage of others.

The customer service is as amazing as the product. I have had questions, and every time I reached out, they were super quick to respond and very accommodating.

The installation was incredibly simple with everything needed included in the box Today will be my first new shiwer and i’m really looking forward to the improvement in hair and skin

I absolutely love this company, I took a chance on the shower head for I was looking for one with a filter. And WOW!!! Just WOW. My hair feels sooo much better, last longer in-between shower, its doesnt fall out as much either which is a big thing as we age. If your still going back and fourth on this one. I say GO FOR IT. You wont be disappointed. Love love the customer service. Responde even on a sunday.

Does not filter Chrorine and is very very expensive. If your looking for a solution for good hair, think again, this thing will leave the same amount of Chrlorine in your water you had before, no change in my hair.

Went on a deep dive after and it seems the founder has this whole bathroom theme going on ... did marketing for a company named "stoolie" and also for the chlorine a twitter poster dont eat the "mints" liked to the NSF notice saying they are referencing NSF unauthorized...

Do your homework and research before you make such an expensive purchase.

I would give a zero if it were an option. I ordered a handheld shower head that wasn't what I expected and requested a return authorization and that the refund be issued to my original payment method. I then placed an order for the wall mount shower head. Meanwhile, I get a gift card in my email rather than the refund back to my credit card and was told, "oh well". Shady way to operate a business and build client trust when you take their money before they even try your product.

This company has a great product. After dealing with harsh water destroying my hair through chlorine in the water for years, and skin rashes and dry skin i searched for an answer to my problem. This company had just started up and i have been with them for over two years i loved their products so much i bought shower heads for my rental houses. I wanted my renters to enjoy the benefits of removing the chemicals from their water and be able to take a shower without the worries of chemicals. My hair is now softer and no dry skin. I highly recommend this company! Try them and see the difference. They are a great company!

Customer service was quick, responsive and super diligent to make sure that I had received the help and outcome that I needed. They even followed-up which hardly ever happens with other companies. The product is absolutely amazing and very simple to use. Water feels amazing.

Excellent customer service! I love the product (Eskiin Hand Held Showerhead) and for whatever reason, it developed a loud vibration. After going through all of the suggested troubleshooting and having no success, Eskiin replaced the showered at no cost. Every email was answered promptly and the entire issue was resolved within 24 hours. It's very rare to have this type of customer service anymore and I can't recommend Eskiin highly enough! Five stars all around!

I expected better for the cost. I had obvious iron in my water impacting my hair. When I received my shower head I put up a new shower curtain. After a couple of weeks I am now noticing red staining on my shower curtain. This is evidence of iron. For the cost I expected all particles to be removed. Cancelled my subscription and left disappointed

Excellent product. Superior customer support even on Sundays. They will have me for a customer for a very lonv time.
