TBS is the only place to get your beard care products. The quality of the products is second to none and this also applies to how they’re packaged. I’m like a kid opening presents on my birthday anytime I receive my order, and if that’s not enough, there is always a surprise gift included. Delivery is also quick, in my experience it’s always been quicker than expected.

I’ve tried three other beard care brands, and The Beard Struggle is hands down my favorite. Their products work great! My beard doesn’t feel or look greasy, the wash and conditioner both work extremely well, and a little conditioner goes a long way. You don’t have to use a ridiculous amount to get great results.
I also had an issue with my original order getting stuck in shipping for several days. Their customer service reached out, took care of the problem, and sent out a replacement order without hesitation. That kind of customer service goes a long way!
Great products, great results, and great customer service. They’ve definitely earned a loyal customer. Highly recommend! 💯

Disappointing experience. The delivery company repeatedly failed to deliver, and when I mentioned that perhaps a refund should be considered, my order was cancelled and refunded immediately rather than the issue being resolved. Poor communication and customer service.

Their oil colognes have turned me away from the alcohol based spray bombs on the market.
Long lasting and you can layer the oils. I usually wear surtrs fury with black aud or aesirs triumph.
The beard oils are just as good on extremely dry skin / elbows, hands, feet.
Lol…. Even use the beard wash as a shampoo for the hair.
Their oils fo not clog the skin poors like other brands.
Top knotch or should I say “Top Shelf”.

$$$ to get the hoenir's poem since need memebership
The beard oil and balm i want i have to spend an extra 13 a month for a membership to the black card to get the hoenir's poem. When I first got hooked with TBS I could get it with no issue purchased several, then you pull it away. So i will be going elsewhere i guess.
