Been waiting for delivery for over a month. They claim that they cannot find a company to deliver the piece of furniture. Why offer delivery (to a location within 4 hours by ground transport) if you cannot provide it? They have now refused to answer any of my emails requesting an update. They are forcing me to go to the bank and ask to have the funds returned.

"Premium" Delivery promised in 4-7 working days.
Let's see if they gonna deliver at all.
Hard fail so far. Not recommended.

They took three months to deliver something that was promised to be delivered in one month. Once the product was delivered, it was not complete. So avoid this seller if you want things to go smooth.

After a back and forth with customer service all they are willing to offer is a 50€ voucher for a future purchase. Considering I have spent over 1000€ and that neither the product was complete nor the delivery time was acceptable, I’m not sure if it’s a joke or if they are serious.

UPDATE: Still two months after receiving the bed, one piece has not been delivered nor have I heard anything from these very unprofessional company. If I could, I would give negative score…

Delivery came a bit earlier than expected, which was nice. It also went smoothly with no issues. The bed looks great and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Perfect! Really faster as planed. Very good following of the shipment with the transporter, which called me two times to be sure I will be at home. The bed is in a very good condition and perfectly protected. I recommend strongly.

I bought two closet . it was so well designed and beautiful, they were so on time and anything was good

Horrible customer service.

I ordered a bed and wardrobe (Schrank) in April 2021 and it was supposed to be delivered in early July, already a 14 week wait. In July they had not contacted me...when I finally got an answer they told me August. Now (after I wrote again when it didn't arrive in August) they are telling me October, and still won't give me a firm date. They offered me a 5% discount after taking 3000 euro payment up front. I suppose I can cancel but now they have wasted 22 weeks of waiting. I had to go to IKEA at some point to buy a box spring and mattress to sleep on.

This company is noting but a "middle-man" with horrible customer service (they don't make anything and they don't follow up with manufacturers to advocate for their customers). Don't make the same mistake I did...go order from a reputable local furniture store.
