What annoys me a lot with this shop, is that you are able to put stuff to your shopping cart online and it shows that there are products available, but when you are going to pay the product, it shows that the object is sold out. And this has happened almost all the time I have tried to order something. And it still looks like there are products available. They should fix this because it is really annoying.
I once contacted the shop about one product and they had no idea was there new products coming because I couldnt order it but still their website shows that the object was not sold out.
It feels really annoying to make a decision about buying something and then it is sold out but somehow the system isnt updated in real time like in many stores online it is.
For me this shop is always like this "please send me an e-mail about the product, there will be more of this product in three weeks..".... Yeah, yeah.

Unfortunately, our product range is not updated in real time in the online shop, as the product may be sold in several countries at the same time. As our warehouse is located in Germany, we also do not have real-time information about the products that always arrive in our warehouse.

The shop is reliable. Customer service is helpful. One packet arrived in 4 days. The other is still on its way. I'm hoping the processing of the orders would be quicker. But thank you for your affordable prices.

I ordered from this store mutliple various items e.g. blazers, tops, coats etc. Delivery was fast and sizes were accurate. I do like all the cotton and fleece clothing but all other type of material not so much. Overall experience - quite ok!
