Problems with my account - got help to solve them fast and in a very professional way. Thank you!!!

I have been a regular customer of Auctionet for several years now, with well over 100 purchases under my belt. While their catalog is consistently excellent and offers a fantastic selection, their customer support has recently let me down completely.

A few months ago, I reached out to their support team regarding some invoice issues. To this day, I still haven't received a response. It is incredibly frustrating to be completely ignored as a loyal, long-term customer.

Auctionet has so much potential because of the quality of their items, but the complete lack of follow-up from customer service is a major letdown. I hope they improve their communication soon.

A simple yet effective app and auction system. The shipping option using professional couriers was greatly appreciated. Careful packaging and fast delivery, with constant updates from the auction house.

Bought a painting through Auctionet/Stockholms Auktionsverk and paid over 130 EUR for delivery from Sweden to Finland. The painting took nearly 8 weeks to arrive, with almost no communication along the way. When I reached out to ask for a tracking number, I received only a generic response about delivery times.

To top it off, the pickup location only offers collection on Tuesdays and Thursdays between 13:00–16:00, making it nearly impossible for anyone with a normal work schedule to retrieve their item.

For over 130 EUR in shipping fees, I expected a far better service. I will think twice before buying through this platform in the future.

It would be a five star review, but sometimes you need to prompt the team with more than one email - but I'd single out Lina and Jeanette who have been fantastic at supporting me with missing international deliveries and issues with Fedex...

Auctionet is an excellent organisation, with friendly yet highly professional staff. It is a highly trusted auction site, which enables buyers to buy items from different auctions in different countries under one roof.

Because of my own stupidity, totally my fault, we travelled over 250 km to get something I bid om Tuesday and won. What I didn't think of was to check the opening hours 250 km away. CLOSED😭 BUT, trying to grip a straw, panic was close, I called "Auctionet" and John took my call. NEVER I thought he could fix my problem by contacting the local owner. But John did and all of a sudden Pia and Anders came to their shop and let us load the item and turn 250 km back home👍

I have made maybe 6 purchases using this company and while most went well, because of one experience, 3 stars is the most generous I can be. Let me add here that, as read on other reviews, their transport costs are ridiculous and maybe 4 times higher than they need be. It can only be used as another source of revenue.
The purchase I still have issues with was when I made a purchase from a European or Scandinavian auction house.
I was billed as usual the bid, the buyers premium and the hammer price and shipping
Auctionet added import duty of course but the issue I have is that they included all the "fees" as if it was the value of the item. Now, it remains my view that the winning bid figure is the value and should not include all the "agent fees".
But, worse than that is the outrageous situation that auctionet do not and apparently cannot supply the new owner with an import receipt showing that the required duty was paid.
A suspicious person might think that there is another source of company income.

Very professional handling of damaged goods.

I placed an order in May that was supposed to ship within 15 business days. It never shipped, I never received any proactive communication from customer support regarding the dispatch delay or an explanation for the delay. I had to reach out multiple times to try to get more information, they only responded with something along the lines of "we're looking into this" and that they had some issues with shipping the specific items. Not once did they offer any kind of explanation, clear timeline of the dispatch or follow up - I as the customer instead had to continue to follow up. They were not helpful or professional whatsoever, I finally had to contact the aktionsverk of the order directly to actually get the order cancelled and refunded - they also were absolutely not professional or helpful. This is the last time I order via Auctionet and I will advice friends+family to never use this business. I'd also like to add that I myself work in customer experience and it is very easy to tell that they do not have a dedicated customer support team that's actually been properly trained in how to assist customers. Completely generic responses with zero sense of urgency or desire to resolve issues.

With very easy communication, my contact person was ok with awaiting me coming back with photos when possible and he completed my case very quick with a fair solution!

Truly awful, shipped an item from Sweden and tried to charge me £53.27 import duty from FedEx as they valued wrong.

Since writing this review I have corresponded with the online auction website. They have been most helpful. I made a mistake - I thought the postage was in Euro - it wasn't it was in Swedish currency. That makes the shipping costs very reasonable. I am afraid the misunderstanding occurred because I was new to the platform and it is my fault. They have been very understanding even though I accused them of something that was not correct. I am happy to continue using this platform. I have been very impressed with their response and understanding.

First time I have used this website. I paid the auction house the next day for my item. I have been waiting for bill for transport since April. Just went on website looking for other items and find my account that Auctionet bill directly for transport. They have charged me an extra 80sek. That is added to an already outrageous shipping bill for a necklace that weighs about 200gms. No invoices no reminder notices just silence and I only noticed because I went to look at another item and saw my account was blocked for non payment. What disgusting customer service. And what is just as bad is that the auctionhaus doesn't follow up either. Disgraceful service and extortionate shipping. Beware

She was very helpful and solved my problem.

Everything was very clear and easy! You could follow everything each day. If you send a question you will have an anser very quickly!
Very good service! I really recommend this company!
