The experience from start to finish was very simple.
First I registered the product for warranty, as it came with the house.
Then called their customer service and they helped me book a technician very quickly!
He solved the issue and was very nice and polite.

The service response time was very poor and slow.
When we contacted them about our broken dishwasher, the earliest available appointment was 14 days later. They said that boilers are their priority and that they cannot provide a faster service for dishwashers.
This is my first experience with ATAG, as the dishwasher was bought by the previous owner of my house, and I don't want to have another similar experience. I am going to replace my appliances with a different brand as soon as possible.

Horrible horrible customer service. Avoid this brand unless you are okay to wait for one month to receive proper help and wash your dishes by hand in the meantime. Waiting for a mechanic already for 3 weeks and when he comes, he leaves without ringing the door bell because customer service didnt write my address correctly. No apology, no solution just you have to wait foe the new appointment and guess what, thats another 3 weeks later and they find this very normal. Zero empathy. Extremely disappointed.

These kitchen appliances are very deliberately made to break after the 2 year EU mandated warranty expires. We’ve been using ours for about 2.5 years now and both the microwave and the oven are rusting badly. The oven makes a lot of noise and both are the perfect definition of over engineering. It has the most unnecessary and terribly designed digital screen that adds nothing other than an inconvenience. We are never buying anything from this brand again.

RIDICULOUS! Our dishwasher burnt out a couple of weeks ago. The whole control panel had a huge burnt hole in the middle. This could have been very dangerous and we are lucky that the house didn’t burn down. Our dishwasher still has guarantee on it, so we wanted to arrange an appointment as soon as possible. After waiting for a week, a mechanic came and concluded that the machine can be repaired but basically everything needs to be replaced. He promised this can be done within a week. He made an appointment for the same Friday. No one showed up. When calling the customer service, they mentioned that the appointment would be the next week. That is quite a long wait and not within a week as discussed, but we agreed to it hoping that the machine would be fixed. After waiting another week, the mechanic called ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT to inform us that he doesn’t have all the spare parts and cannot come. He couldn’t confirm a new appointment, and the customer service cannot be reached due to a “system update”. Terrible service, where they promise to provide quick solutions but the appointments are just getting postponed instead. Stay away from this company.

The 1st April the brand new fridge ATAG stop to work, I signal that to immo Delbecque Bruges but they wasted 2 weeks for nothing. I decide to move on and I ask ATAG to fix it, one week for the appointment and the technician did not show up, for sure he didn't rang the bell at my apartment since I was there waiting. They fix me another appointment 2 days later 26th April, one tech come without spare parts, they sent him just to show they were doing something. Then the 30th they send a msg they have no spare parts, ATAG has no spare parts for their fridges. And now I am waiting it is more than a month without the fridge. They push foward the appointment because they have no spare parts, incredible shame on you.

Trying to get a mechanic to check my dishwasher and i'm waiting for almost a month!
Made an appointment by phone for November 27 after waiting for a week to get a first call.
The employee registered the week after by accident so i had to wait until December 6 for the visit.
It's December 6 today and my appointment got cancelled AGAIN last minute without any solution rather than waiting one more week for an appointment!
Is it that difficult to send someone right away ? Especially when so many thing went wrong in the first place from your poor service??? This is definitely not a good customer service!
So disappointed and angry!

A great boiler with mostly brass fittings so no worries of leaks very quiet and good design

Had a screw loose on the door of my microwave oven..I called the shop I bought it from and they arranged for atag to fix it...so it took 3minutes to tighten a loose screw..price €85.00!! omg I feel like ive been scammed 🤬

we have an ATAG coffee machine, built-in, the first one installed 9 years ago. It began producing bad coffee (quite diluted) after 4 years, and ATAG service guys visited us 5 times without solving the problem. In repair cost, we paid for the service visits the equivalence of a new machine! In the end, we got a replacement machine, but went without coffee for half a year. More recently, the new machine broke down but the repair operator did a good job and brought the machine back on line.
Separately, we have an ATAG steam oven which failed after a de-scaling operation. The ATAG service man let the machine, during repairs, leak water on our marble floor, so after the repair job we discovered stains from the de-scaling solution all over our kitchen floor. He had walked around and all the floor had chemical attacks from the spilled liquids

I bought a smal item , the Atag Brain Q I experience a few problems but the assistance I received from Atag was absolutely marvelous Thank You Atag
