Stay away from this company. This company sold me a defective item (Shark Robot Vacuum). It wouldn't map my house so I requested a return. It was approved, but I had to pay the postage. And when I got my refund, they withheld $120 for a FEE!

While the payment was still only pre-authorized, I immediately called customer service to stop it. They could have blocked it with a single click, but they refused to help.The operator refused to speak English, using a tone of pure indifference and disgust. She was a repulsive person. I called five times, even humiliating myself trying to speak German using Google Translate. She showed zero empathy for a young father who had just been scammed for a huge amount of money. She just kept telling me to send an email for English assistance and then hung up on me.I sent the email immediately, but they were in no hurry to help. They preferred to process the payment . Ten days later, after the funds were fully cleared, they finally replied saying they couldn't help me anymore. Absolutely shameful.

A complete scam. I placed an order and received no confirmation, and no payment was even taken from my account. There were also no info in the online portal that says if my order was receievd/cancelled. When I called the next day, I was met with an extremely unfriendly customer service representative who told me the order had not gone through in their system and that I should have known this myself.

By the time I tried to order again, the item was no longer available. This is incredibly frustrating. You simply cannot expect customers to place an order, receive no confirmation or communication whatsoever, and then be blamed for not realising something went wrong.
