I ordered new iPhone 15 Pro Max 1TB black color, and they sent me used iPhone titan natural color. I even didnt switch it on as I got so pissed off and I wasnt even considering to keep it and see if it is iPhone 15 pro max and has memory as I wanted. They dnt have phone number to call and return label didnt work when I wrote down details. So all you can write general complain and wait what they write in italian which I dont speak. As I am constantly moving I didnt have chance to solve it promptly as we talk about 1500eur

I recently purcahsed an iPad Pro 11 inch (Order Number 1058427) and the screen was obviosuly opened. There were glue marks around the corner or the iPad and the circle of the screen did not line up with the camera.

I hope I can get a better product elsewhere.

Phone was ordered 2 months ago.

Great prices and fast delivery, just that their contracted company UPS didn't call me or announce their delivery window and the courier didn't find me home, so they made me go and pick it up from one of their places. Asgoodasnew should get at least a part of the money back from UPS and compensate the buyers like me

Second time I bought from this shop. Never disappointed. I feel sufficiently safe to continue buying here because I trust their judgement on the state of the product. Besides, the 30 months warranty is a big plus for which I pay the extra premium compared with a buy from a private, which wouldn't be that much cheaper either.
I have never returned any product though. That's to say that I don't know how effective this warranty is.
Anyway, I'm happy.
The minor improvement I would expect is to have more pics of the product available and more information like battery cycles for battery. This is important to understand how "used" the product is.

Item was lost by courier and they are refusing to refund or replace it.
First they asked me to open an investigation with the courier myself, then refused to acknowledge the result of investigation, then stopped responding to messages.

THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM! I bought a iPhone 14 Pro Max that was advertised as unlocked. Turns out it was locked and when I returned it to them, they just sent it back - still locked! They refused to refund so I’m stuck with an expensive phone I can’t use. AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE. I would NOT recommend asgoodasnew.de to anyone.

I purchased a Panasonic 100-400 super tele photo lens, but in the package was NOT included the tripod collar mount, and this fact WAS NOT SPECIFIED in the announcement. It is not acceptable that some important part of the original equipment is missing WITHOUT BEING SPECIFIED clearly in the annoucement. How do you think I can place the lens on the tripod???
