Choose App offers large choice of items. I find here new for me cosmetic and perfume brands, these are sustainable and innovative. Sometimes I buy by Coose clothes from local manufacturers. The quality is always good and the tags are perfect.

Products always delivered quickly, customer service responsive and the few returns I've had have been handled well.

Love Yoto! Choose has lost a star for me, used to have a great costumer service but, that seems to have changed in the past few months.

Great selection of brands and products!
The only time when there was an actual issue with one of my orders’ delivery, they actually got ahead of it, fixed it and told me about it before I even noticed something wrong. That’s excellent customer service.

Love the curation as well as the smooth experience! Found a ton of great brands that I did not know of. A great way ton consume better with great prices!

Choice of brand is interesting and varied, love the fact they choose so smaller brand to promote more local production. And when there’s an issue the support service is reactive which is quite appreciated

I love Choose! I find myself checking the app every morning for the newest brands. It’s a great way to discover brands, and try new products that I wouldn’t normally have access to, or find on my own. I’ve had a couple issues with orders here and there and customer service has always been great. They are quick to respond, polite, and always resolve the issue in a timely manner. Which I truly appreciate and keeps me confident in continuing to use the app. 10/10 would recommend! Thank you Choose team!

Choose App is definitely one of my top favorite shopping apps. Not only is their customer service AMAZING but their shopping selection is out of this world! So many different brands to choose from. Independent Brands that include children’s clothing, Jewelry, home decor and so much more! I’ve purchased dresses, jewelry, swim suit. I wear my favorite gold earrings every single day. If you haven’t checked out the app … you are missing out.

The app offers a selection of great sustainable brands, often from small businesses. The purchase process is very seamless. Their customer support is amazing, always proactively supporting in the resolution of any issue that arise.

Horrible customer service! I never received my package, it said it got delivered on the app, so I wrote them about not getting my package. They responded once telling me to check in with my neighbors to see if they accidentally got it. I wrote them telling them none of neighbors received it and asking what to do next, asking about a refund since they never delivered my package and no one wrote me back. It’s been three weeks no trying to get someone to respond to me. This app seems like a scam! Don’t use it!

The app itself: human scale,clean aesthetic, highly secure, reassuring track record. Overall, it feels like being a patron at a trusted local art gallery with it's wonderful hand-selected vetted collection ready to be frequented and/or purchased in a blink of an eye. The Choose team: truly admirable for their code of conduct with the sincere objective to make the shopping industry a more 'human, viable, 'healthier' experience. I've been using the 'Choose' app (both in French and English) for a good number of years now and am so genuinely appreciative of my experience with them that I'm posting my very first Trust pilot review ever because through personal observation —both as a consumer and as a former external service provider, they're sincerely earned my trust and praise. Having seen both sides of the coin, I sincerely thank them for being steadfast in their strong company ethos, hard working conscientious and efficient team that have always shown that proper core values are not just hollow words but truly can be a way of life. Their reliable hard work let's me enjoy an app where excessive amount of screentime is never an issue and perusinf safe vetted products is the standard. Frankly, in this era of hyper-consumerism it's been reassuring to find an oasis where one can be deliberately thoughtful in scale and manner of approaching the very experience of 'shopping'. Ex: as a consumer, I enjoy the attentiveness Choose puts into carefully curating a handful of quality brands per day (both small-scale regional brands and large-scale international brands alike) allowing me to discover products per category and approach finding 'perfect gifts' or everyday products with clatirty, intrigue, and a refeshing mindset: for example which products are eco friendly, which ones are made in France, which include free shipping, do I want a deal on a 'big ticket' item (e.g. sofa, mattress, travel, etc) or do I want to stick to a deal on a smaller budget item (soap, sponge, , etc). etc...sometimes they even publish behind-the-scence interviews that shed light on the people, principles and inspirations behind the smaller-scale brands. Also worth mentioning: customer service is top notch and filled with people who actually care. If ever there's an issue, you have a company interlocutor who, in my experience , does the utmost to establish clear communication and take proper action. In essence, for me, it all boils down to how Choose feels like a 'Human' brand on a 'human' scale, sincerely pushing for a paradigm shift where we can find a cyber-secure, mentally healthier, with long-term rapport with the shopping experience in this hyper-consumerism era we live in. I'm more and more choosy when discerning what companies have it's employees' and society's general welfare in mind. Choose earned a spot on my smartphone for such reasons; keep up the great work^^b!!!
