We recently used APEX Removals for our move from a two-bedroom flat in Oxford to a three-bedroom house in Cambridgeshire, including furniture disassembly and reassembly, and we were very happy with the service they provided.

Peter, our main point of contact, was professional, responsive and proactive in communicating with us throughout the process. After reviewing the amount of belongings we had, he quickly arranged an additional Luton van for our move at less than a week's notice, which we really appreciated.

On moving day, Moussa, Naman and Guri were equally professional and worked hard throughout the move. They took good care of our belongings and wrapped furniture where they felt additional protection was needed before moving it, which was reassuring and very helpful.

We also really appreciated how considerate the team were when arriving at our new home. They were thoughtful about where and how they parked the vans, making an effort to minimise disruption to our neighbours and other residents in the area.

Overall, we had a very positive experience with APEX Removals. The whole team were professional, helpful and considerate from start to finish, and we would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable removals service. Sonu and Jashan were absolutely brilliant! They were friendly, polite and incredibly hardworking. They managed a huge amount of heavy furniture with no fuss and took great care with everything, wrapping everything properly and making sure it was protected.

They worked really efficiently throughout the move while still being careful with our belongings. We really appreciated how hard they worked and how pleasant they were to deal with from start to finish.
