Tried to download documents, wouldn't accept my date of birth, tried to create an account, won't let me, policy start date is same as end date, what a fiasco, let's hope I never have to make a claim or get sick

Missing item, not replaced or refunded

I am reordering an item that wasn't delivered amongst numerous items, because I hadn't reported it until I came to fix it which was after 7 days, no refund or replacement, disgusting, will certainly think again about using Vic plum, not to mention the thousands I have spent with them, please be warned check your items because the delivery guys don't care if you don't get everything, really angry
