My order got delayed, and honestly, I started to think it might be a scam. Then I sent them a Email and they replied to my email within a few hours and helped me track my order really reassured me. Ordered copper bracelet on 12th August
Now almost 24th and still not delivered! Very poor so far. Just have a feeling either I will not receive it or it will be very poor quàlity

Bought a Copper bracelet supposed to be 99% pure copper it turned my wrist green first time I wore it. Their answer we will give you a 20% refund!!!! Or send it back to China at your own cost. Absolutely abismal never buy from them

Ordered three copper bracelets supposed to be in transit from 17 th July but if I press tracking it hasn't moved or arrived it is now the 30 th July.Emailef repeatedly but no decent reason why it should be delayed.I am thinking I have been conned very unhappy with company.

Have kept me hanging on way too long, supposedly on the way. Very unhappy and have I suspect been ripped off for £30!

This company probably has to be one of the most frustrating so-called e-commerce store I've tried to purchase from.

The lack of customer service is absolutely abysmal no one seems to get back to you email after email but the most important thing to them is that they can take your money.

Guys listen in this day and age now you need to do a lot more research I think personally on these companies to make sure that they are doing things properly because this company doesn't seem to be and I'm absolutely annoyed that they can't even answer basic details I had to go direct to the courier EVRI try and get answers...

After receiving the products it looks like they are just cheap Chinese ones You can get the same ones for £8 REAL COPPER.... DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

It should not be this way not with all the technology that we've got you should have your answer or even complain answered in a timely manner not waiting weeks abysmal DO NOT USE...!!!
