It's been a great experience. I've been a student at Aceable, formerly Real Estate Institute for at least 12 years now. That's how I got my license when I started real estate in Illinois. Thank you Aceable.

I did fairly well with all 6 courses.
But, the reason this program is not a 5 is this: I would take at least 5 practice exams at the end of each course. This is hands down, the best tool. Then I would take the final exam for the course. I was unable to go back and review the questions I missed, or even know which question I missed. Thereby, I don't know which concept to study further on.... And that REALLY UPSETS me. I feel like that defeats the whole learning process for the study prep for the State Exam .

I have no issues with this AceableAgent. Great service thus far!
I really liked the format of Aceable and that I could essentially do everything on my phone. I'd had my real estate license about 10 years ago but needed to renew, which meant taking the necessary coursework again and passing the exam like a first-timer. While I enjoyed the format of Aceable, and was passing all of the quizzes and tests with a very high percentage over and over again, test day was nerve wracking because I very quickly felt underprepared. The questions I was asked, especially the state-level questions, were much more detailed and specific than anything Aceable had thrown my way. Like I had literally never even heard anything (on Aceable) about many of the questions that I was asked. So yes, this course is economical, and yes, I passed (barely), but I would not recommend it, especially if someone is working to pass the exam for the first time.

Its not a boring course , i like my robot instructor, he is funny sometimes . Lots of exercises and explanations that hrlp understand the material
Ease as accessibility to what I needed on my schedule.
this a great company like how its read to to you while you follow along i would recommended to people who want to start real estate
took the AceableAgent texas real estate course to finish my hours before the salesperson exam. videos are short so i did lessons on my phone during breaks at work, and the quizzes keep bringing back what you got wrong so it sticks. passed the state exam first try and they had my certificate of completion ready when i went to apply.
It didn’t have half the questions on the practice test that it did on the real test
