The worst company ever ,more than 1 month
I have ordered an item 2 months ago and it was never delivered.
Been trying to contact them and they are not replying.
I have requested full refund but they are not reachable.
Waste of money and time.

I ordered the geometric wall clock and it looks so stylish on my wall ✨ The design is unique and fits perfectly with my minimalist decor.

Do NOT order front this website. I have bought 4 lamps to a long hall in February 2026. 1 still hasn't arrived. The quality is terrible!! I wouldn't even hang them in my garage. Obviously the photos show beautiful, good quality lamps. I wanted to send them back, but was informed I cannot do it if I have only part of my order. Be smarter than me and never, ever buy from them.

At first glance, everything about this company looks professional — clean website, polished branding, attractive product photos. Unfortunately, the actual customer experience was the complete opposite.

The moment payment was processed, communication became slow and frustrating. Shipping updates were unclear, support responses felt automated, and every interaction gave the impression that resolving customer concerns was not a priority.

What arrived also failed to match the quality and expectations presented online. For the price paid, the overall experience felt incredibly disappointing.

What concerns me most is the pattern I now see in other reviews: many customers seem to describe the exact same issues. That alone should be a warning sign for anyone considering a purchase.

I’m not someone who leaves negative reviews lightly, but people deserve transparency before spending their money.

Based on my experience, I would absolutely not order from this company again.

Disappointing experience. I’ve bought a lamp and they sent me an email a few days later saying they were out of stock and offered me something else, I said I would rather a refund. It’s been more than a month since and I’ve been trying to contact them in the meantime but they no longer respond. There was a few items I was considering to get but after this horrible experience I’ll never buy there again. It’s clearly a drop shipping crap website. The fraud and scam was already reported to the consumer service in the Netherlands and Europe. Don’t buy

The ceramic tea set is elegant and well crafted. It adds a nice aesthetic to my kitchen. Checkout was smooth and communication was clear. Very happy with my purchase.

I bought lamps, but I don't like it and want to return. They offer to refund 20% of the total amount and keep the lamps or return shipment on your cost to China. On the website they have offices in the Netherland or Poland, so I thought the return address should be in EU. Knowing the return address will be in China I haven't buy any of their goods. The return cost is the same as the value of the goods.
