I ordered a parasol and a base. Two parasols arrived. No base. Spoke to customer services who arranged for the unwanted parasol to be collected and promised to send the base. Parasol was collected. Still no base. Yesterday another parasol arrived. What on earth is going on with your company? I have now spoken to customer services on three occasions but I am still deficient one parasol base and surplus one parasol. Please send no more parasols!

... (The next day, 09/06/2026). A courier has just arrived with ... ANOTHER PARASOL! No parasol base. We declined the delivery. Of course, it's just funny by this stage. And mystifying. I mean, how does Charles Bentley make a profit? Customer services are unfailingly polite and have undertaken to do their very best to find and deliver a parasol base. They've told us to keep the supernumerary parasol. We'll donate it to charity.

I ordered a white bistro table and chairs.
I’m very pleased with them. Good quality. They arrived quickly and were very well packaged. Last year I ordered 2 sets of garden furniture from Charles Bentley and I’ve been so pleased with them I ordered this set. I can recommend their products.

I bought two beautiful blue directors chairs, very pleased with how they look. They arrived promptly and were easy to assemble. I would have given 5 stars except I find the chairs are a bit too high for me ( I'm a woman 5 foot 7 tall) - they must be designed for taller people! It means my legs aren't properly supported and affects my comfort.

Easy to order. Delivered when they said they would. All pieces of swing-seat present. Relatively easy to build . Looks great and my mum is really pleased with it…. Update 9/6…. Went to see my mum this weekend and the canopy has come off more than once…. Which was the only part of it we didn’t put together

Fantastic service from Charles Bentley, who sorted a small problem with my order with speedy efficiency. My parasol it gorgeous and great value for money. Their carrier however was appalling.

Really good quality bbq for the money. Instructions were slightly misleading as the pictures of the parts weren’t as they looked so took longer to put together but overall very pleased with the product.

Product is lovely but customer service is not good. Table arrived without chairs. Delivery kept getting delayed. Wouldn’t purchase from them again.

Quick, efficient, good quality

I am disappointed with the condition of the boxes containing the product I bought. They are in an awful state with big rips in them that means parts could missing. A discussion with your courier who is your representative at your customer is recommended. Then I was told all items delivered and a cover I had purchased at the same time was in one of the boxes. This was not true as a few days later we received another delivery from the same courier with a cover on its own. Someone somewhere was not telling the truth !!

Beautiful furniture, really well made and super value. Attentive delivery driver made everything easy. I intend to buy more from this company in future.
