Was worried after ordering & then reading reviews on here - glad to say I had a great experience with them. Order was delivered in a couple of days (lovely garden water water feature with bird house & lights), really pleased

Probably one of the worst purchases I've ever made. Some pieces of wood had small splits when taken out of the box and two pieces that were nailed together were coming apart. However persevered with construction knowing what a hassle trying to return it would be. Further splits became evident during construction and it was aolarent that even the slightest tension when putting in screws would cause more damage,
It's clear that the whole shed is made from the flimsiest and cheapest quality wood.
The paint finish is shoddy and areas of the cross members on the doors were left bare.
Have managed to save the piece by adding additional support

Bought in May OMG it's faded so much it looks like it's 10 years old, to say I'm disappointed is an understatement waste of money

I ordered an "excellent refurbished" Outsunny Plancha grill from Ebay a couple of weeks ago. After a few days they cancelled the order claiming "out of stock". Upon investigation they had the exact same item still in stock and for sale but listed as "certified refurbished"! Wording, Photos, everything is identical other than this change in description. What's even worse is that they are trying to sell the same item for more money. I have reported this to Ebay and I suspect this is Outsunnys way to get around Ebays Duplicate Listing Policy. What's even better, I've had a look again today and since I've made them aware that I will be leaving negative reviews and reporting the breach of policy, they have now taken down the listing of the "Certified Refurbished" items! I can't prove it, but I am concerned they could be cancelling the cheaper orders to simply try to sell the same item again at a higher price. As for customer service, shockingly slow responses, which were hollow at best. Do yourself a favour and buy from elsewhere.

Still trying to sort out with outsunny regarding the 2/1 garden swinging seat, they have no records of us buying one,yet it's in our shed waiting for the 1 of 2 we have 2/2 but only delivered one box, and no parts to fit it together, so basically scrap metal is about its worth, still trying to get them to sort it, sent receipt delivery note, so just got a big box stuck in our shed, so my advice buy a different brand, they might sort it who knows, you shouldn't need to keep chasing them, we've got better things to do, happy to take money, customer service rubbish, I've given them till Friday and it's trading standards and they can have it back , update today been informed that 1/2 box with the parts is on the way, so I'll review the feedback if it arrives all ok now, just a small issue I don't understand,cream swinging chair 3 seater, they also do it in grey, more practical but if you decide to change your canopy and cushions outsunny only have in Cream, but the sell grey, so I asked can I have a replacement canopy grey, reply was we only do it in cream, this is their product doesn't make sense to me, would I recommend outsunny no, products are well made, customer service needs work

Didn't receive the item from XPD! Nightmare.... waited in THREE days only for them to say (3 times) 'you are next' and then 'sorry we cannot find you'. XPD wanted electronic signature BEFORE it was delivered.
When asking Outsunny repeatedly for help, they were uncaring and did nothing, until Ebay stepped in and refunded me. Never again would I deal with Outsunny or the useless XPD.

Unhelpful customer service but shouldn’t be surprised looking at these reviews.
Purchased a grill from B&Q from one of their retailers they must sell to.
Part missing that stops the grill be used.
Wouldn’t help and told me to go back to b&q, who I assume will then have to contact them.
Customer service has moved on with most good brands who put thing right when it’s their product.

The shed was an absolute nightmare to assemble! Even though I wore gloves I ended up in A&e because it is razor sharp on the edges. The whole dont seem to line up making screwing the corrugated sheeting to the steel frame impossible and the instructions for the roof were confusing. The doors are like a meccano!

Order a bbq from.out sunny
Came with a broken pipe to the gas so not able to use it .
We emailed them.they told us to find the part ourselves and weild it on .
Not happening.
So called .
Customer Service guy was very rude cause the pip did not have a order number.
Told us to.fix it ourselves which we cant do..
So eventually they agreed to send us the top part of the bbq .
Which we really dont need we only need the pipe so the bbq will work .
Plz teach your customers service people some manners .

AVOID AVOID AVOID Ok ordered on the Sunday, Xdp failed to collect item on Monday and Tuesday, got it early am Wednesday. XDP Sent a message u r next delivery. Then lied failed delivery, we have 24hrs CCTV, GSD dog WHO WOULD HAVE BARKED, and we were out front waiting to help the driver. Indian call centre and service was rubbish avoid at all costs. Not good, feed back previous re delivery ok, also looks to be dodgy.. Will update if they do get it sorted. they just sent me a email we will be here Friday between 11 and 1pm, no one showed, they claim to have now made 2 attempted deliveries, this is not so, I have 24 hr cctv of the exterior of the property, German shepherd dog, and I was outside cleaning my vehicles, all day and waiting also for my grandson from school across the road. Poor quality furniture, poor communication and poor customer service. Never use this company wish I had read these reviews before purchasing.

Well it came bashed and that is just the ones I checked it was rusty in the metal parts, I have a bit missing, I have emailed them hoping they can send me that part, they can't source me the part I even emailed aason who I purchased it off, they not interested, budget sheds or furniture are just not good enough, I took it the dump brand new, it was a sore one dumping that

I brought a outsunny Roma 360 parasol cost £229.
I only used it 3 times before noticing defects in the product.
The locking mechanism dose not work causing it to turn in a slight breeze. The pole has came lose and other nuts and bolts have come out, rendering the product unsuitable as it is a health and safety risks.
On top of this with the hot weather the plastic bases are leaking the water. I have put both water and sand in as advised.
I raised a complaint asking to send photos. I explained it won't show the parasol not locking and moving in the breeze.
The case was closed as I could not upload a video.
Shocking product shocking costume service . This was brought through a third party Robert Dyas.

Do NOT order from #Outsunny! They use #Canpar and you aren't guaranteed to get your order. No satisfaction from either company on overdue order delivery. They get your money and that's it. Still waiting for order that was placed over 2.5 weeks ago that was to be delivered over a week ago. They still have no idea when @Canpar will deliver. And forget a refund for non-delivery. They want the item back to issue refund but you can't get it delivered to you in the first place!!

Day 3 of installation with an army of people.The instructions are ridiculous. The panels are flimsy. But too late to turn back now. Hopefully its can withstand some weather let alone extreme weather. . Then when we asked for replacement parts for future, they dont supply. Buyer beware. Buyers remorse. Don't buy it and

Ordered a furniture set, when arrived the sofa back was missing, after lots of emails they offered me £40 , I didn't accept it just want what I paid for, 3 months later and still not resolved. Will never buy anything from this company again.

I purchased an outsunny BBQ just over a year ago. When I recently went to use it tha ignition wouldn't work and one of the burners had come detatched from the locating nuts due to bad workmanship which has made the BBQ unusable. I contacted outsunny asking if I could purchase the spare parts. Their reply was that unless I had proof of purchase (I havn't) they would not sell me the spares. I still can't believe their attitude. In future they can stick their goods where the outsunny does'nt shine. Also looking on their website they have a TP score of 4.5, on here it's 1.6, how does that work?

We bought a green house, took forever to put up with all the tiny screws. Polycarbonate blows out in wind and the screws shake loose, i would never buy another. Never looked at reviews unfortunately or would not have bought, absolute rubbish product. Nearly £400 wasted. Very poor quality.

If i could give zero stars I would. Products genuinely are really junk. Made in China doesn't even begin to describe the product. Then to return it, despite bought via Amazon, Amazon won't help as its a third party supplier. Hours on phone to Outsunny, and very rude people cutting calls and hanging up, I have to pay full postage at my cost to return item which they say may or may not be refunded , based on their discretion. Poor quality. Stay clear. Spend few extra pounds for vastly superior products
As at 16 July, despite promises of a PARTIAL refund, not even getting this

Terrible build quality, super unstable, and terrible instructions so out of place; one page tells you this and the other is the opposite the gazebo build is garbage, it tells me how to build it but doesn’t even show it so I’m trying with 3 people and the metal is bending even though that’s what the instructions said after taking apart 7 times to re do it, please don’t ever buy this garbage
