A really good experience with Vonhaus
A really good experience with Vonhaus, but a poor delivery service from Yodel.
Had it not been for this I would have given 5 stars. The item was very clearly labelled to be kept upright but it wasn't. Yodel also failed to deliver at the time they quoted, then to make matters worse they failed to follow my instructions, and left the item lying on its side on top of a dustbin.
Seriously, you should consider using a better courier service, even if it means customers paying a little bit more for a quality service.

Not fit for purpose
you said that the hedge trimmer would cope with an established laurel hedge which it does not do! The machine is underpowered for the job on batteries. I am not a satisfied customer.
