I made the huge mistake of purchasing a car from caronsale.de, and it turned out to be an absolute disaster. I can’t stress enough how terrible the entire experience was. These people are liars and completely untrustworthy.
Week 1 Delay: The first week was spent waiting because, according to them, the brake discs and pads needed replacing.
Week 2 Delay: The second week was even worse. I was told the trailer broke down in Italy, which caused yet another week of delay.
Week 3 Delay: And then, after all that, the final blow: I was told the seller no longer wanted to sell the car at all. This was clearly a scam from the beginning, and it felt like they were just messing with me.
Now, I’ve learned that caronsale.de plans to sue the seller for all the issues caused, but they’ve warned that it could take months to resolve. That’s how much they don’t care about fixing things for their customers.
After this whole mess, I will never buy from caronsale.de again, and I strongly advise others to avoid them. Between the endless delays, the lies, and the refusal to honor the sale, this company has shown they can’t be trusted. Don’t waste your time or money on these liars.

When you buy and don't have big problems you are ok ..
but when you have big problem such like a registration document missing or a defective engine nobody is gonna help you and they hide behind the terms and conditions! But always there is something that doesn't mentioned ..another b2b platform that in only promises ...

Very unprofessional support, reclamations department rejects all your reclamations sith any answering. I have a car bought from them since may and now it's end july and no car papers recieved. AVOID THEM AT ANY COST!
