I couldn’t recommend Joshua enough. He helped me sort out the finance for my first car and made the whole process really straightforward from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood every step, which took a lot of the stress away. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he genuinely wanted to get me the best deal possible. Thanks to Joshua, I’m now driving my first car and couldn’t be happier. Had a great experience with CarFinance 247. From the first call my account handler Luke Sillito was patient and always available to answer any questions I had, as well as talk me through my options! After a couple of weeks of viewing cars, I finally found the one that hit all my requirements and I messaged Luke to let him know - within 45 minutes the finance had been agreed and it will be ready to pick up from the dealership in the next couple days! I had been referred by my Dad who had a similar great experience with this organisation. Really chuffed and looking forward to picking up my new wheels!

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received from CarFinance 247, especially from Callum O’Connor.
This is exactly how customer service should be done. Callum was incredibly flexible, worked around my availability to discuss my finance options, and took the time to understand my situation rather than treating me like just another application.
Everything was handled professionally, communication was excellent throughout, and he managed to get everything resolved within a single day. The whole process was far less stressful than I expected.
I’m genuinely impressed with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend CarFinance 247, particularly if you get the chance to work with Callum. Thanks again!
