I spoke with Jake and sent photos of my car, clearly explaining its condition: cold A/C (recently replaced condenser and valve), good cosmetic shape with minor dents, and no warning lights. I was told I’d be around $4K +/- depending on condition.
After taking the time to go through the process, I was then told the car was not in good condition and was offered only $1,400 for a 2018 Nissan Versa with under 76k miles. This was completely different from what was initially implied.

It felt misleading and like a waste of time. I would not recommend this company.

Professional service with inspection at home. Good price deals as well. After inspection the advisor could have shown more professionalism while striking the deal, but overall it went well.

There is no focus or consideration on the customer experience. Just want to make a fast deal. There is a huge difference between communicated expectation and reality.
More stress free and favorable to sell it your self.

Talked with them friday 13th of May and since then no response. They promised to get back 16th of May and still nothing. Contacted them again 15th of May as a reminder - no reponse.

Unserious - bad experience, I will not use them even if they have great grades - everyone has their experience.
