I purchased the - SPORTS CAP. NAVY
First of all, the delivery took much longer than expected, and the shipping was significantly delayed. Unfortunately, when I finally received the cap, I was very disappointed with its quality.
The product appears to be poorly made. In several places around the stitching, the threads were damaged, and there were areas where the stitching had been repeatedly passed over. There were also loose, frayed threads and visible thread fibers that were coming off the cap. These defects are clearly noticeable, even from a distance.
Overall, the quality of the product is far below what I expected, especially considering the price. I am very disappointed with this purchase.

I recently purchased a cap and was a little worried after reading some reviews, so I reached out for some reassurance my order would be promptly dispatched. I was responded to very quickly and reassured my order had just been dispatched and to inform them of any issues right away and they would get it dealt with. I received my order a few days later which I’m so happy with, the quality is spot on. What’s more though, I received another email from customer services checking everything had been received and was ok, without me even having to get in touch, she had just kept an eye on me order. I can’t fault the service from them, no generic automated replies, proper responses from someone who wants to make sure you get a good customer experience. Please give them a chance, their caps are great. Big thank you to Michelle in particular x

Really well-made cap, I really like the color and the fit too. It was carefully packaged. Delivery to Italy does take quite a long time but the customer service is kind, helpful, and quick to respond. Highly recommended!

The cap looks great
The cap looks great, with very nice quality and a perfect fit. Also, I received the cap much quicker than expected, especially considering it had to be sent to a Greek island. The customer service is great; they respond very quickly and are very kind and supportive.

I was delivered the wrong cap, so I contacted the customer service which has been very efficient and I was sent right away the right cap. The customer service has followed me step by step. Roanne checked on me personally if the right cap was arrived safely and good looking in my hands.

Unique cap, great quality, and an instant mood booster
I ordered the BIG SMILE cap in purple and I’m genuinely really happy with it. The whole process was super smooth and fast, from placing the order to receiving the cap.
What I like most is how unique the design feels. It’s not just another basic cap — the color, the fluffy smiley and the overall look make it stand out. The quality also impressed me: it feels very well made and definitely has a premium feel to it.

Exactly what I hoped for
Exactly what I hoped for – I love my NO. cap
I discovered the brand through Instagram and immediately loved its aesthetic: clean, elegant, sporty and with a very distinctive style. There was one image in particular that stayed with me — I liked it so much I could have printed and framed it.
I actually thought about the cap for quite a while before ordering, and when I finally did, the whole experience was excellent. Delivery was surprisingly fast, the packaging was beautiful, and the cap fit perfectly from the moment I put it on.
I chose the NO. cap, and I absolutely love it. It is exactly what I hoped it would be: great quality, comfortable to wear, beautifully made and very fairly priced. I’ve already received so many lovely comments on it, and it has even made its way onto my Instagram.

This was my first time ordering from this website, and unfortunately there was an issue with the shipment and the package was lost. However, the customer support team proved to be helpful and understanding from the very beginning. They refunded the cost of the priority shipping, sent out a replacement package via priority shipping at their own expense, and even included a wonderful complimentary gift that was greatly appreciated.
