We honestly couldn’t be happier with our experience with Canadian Spa Company UK, from start to finish.

From our very first conversation with Tony in the office, the service was exceptional. He took the time to really understand what we were looking for and talked us through the best setup for our space, lifestyle, and needs, without any pressure. His knowledge, patience, and honest advice made what could have felt like a daunting purchase feel exciting and straightforward.

Delivery and installation day exceeded all expectations. Craig and James were absolutely fantastic, professional, polite, friendly, and incredibly hardworking. They arrived on time, treated our property with respect, and nothing was too much trouble. You could tell immediately they took pride in their work and both highly experienced.

What really stood out was how thorough they were. They carefully explained everything we needed to know, from setup and operation through to cleaning, maintenance, and ongoing care of both the sauna and hot tub. They took the time to ensure we felt confident using everything before they left and answered every question patiently.

The attention to detail and customer care throughout the whole process has been outstanding. It’s rare these days to find a company where everyone genuinely cares about delivering a great customer experience, but Canadian Spa Company UK absolutely does.

We are completely thrilled with our beautiful sauna and hot tub, they have transformed our garden into our own little wellness retreat, and we honestly can’t wait to enjoy them for years to come.

I haven't bought my Hot Tub yet but the people working here have been so nice and helpful.

Worst company in the world. I wasn’t home to receive the item and it went back to their depot and they kept promising to redeliver it but weeks later nothing happened so I asked them just to refund me. still no refund this was a month and a half ago !!No communication at all and they are not showing any signs of refunding my £400!!!!

Grand Rapids portable spa - had two, I will explain...

So the tub itself is good quality for the price. But the bulk of the price must be in the pump (given a £350+ replacement cost).

First one failed before two years, they have a 12 month warranty. Okay put it down to experience and managed to get a whole second tub including the pump for less than the price of a replacement pump (this should have alerted me!).

This brand new pump has now also failed after 20 months.

To be fair I was offered a replacement for £199. But the company ignored my offer to send them both faulty units back (for them to refurb as they had less than 2 years use) and I would pay £99 for the replacement.

This would go someway to improving their green credentials.

I even offered to pay the postage for my two units!

Won't be using again and won't be recommending

Excellent Assistance and Knowledge

I already knew Canadian Spa to be a good company as a friend had bought her hot tub through them 5 years ago and I'm pleased to say that they didn't disappoint. Tony was really easy to deal with on the phone; polite, friendly and delivered on his promises. On the big day, both Tony and Joseph turned up on time and made the whole event fun, exciting and seamless.

The hot tub is beautiful and I was happy to see that 3 days into having it, a thick frost settled overnight on the top of it. Despite the 40 degree water below, the frost remained on there until it melted everywhere else in the garden too.

Overall, a great experience.

I bought a Chilliwack 2 person infrared sauna and it's GREAT. I chose it for its price, features, the pre-sales customer service but mostly because it was so easy to construct. It arrives in a very heavy box but each individual panel (there are about seven) can be carried without trouble. I'm a short middle-aged woman and put the whole thing together by myself in about an hour, thanks to the clever system of clips, which mean I didn't need any tools and could easily adjust the panels. I did ask a taller neighbour to help to situate the top, which is heavy and more delicate because of all the electronics which are pre-installed. Once on, it was the work of a moment to hook it all up. A truly wonderful design! The sauna worked perfectly from the start and I love the lights and bluetooth connection which means I can listen to pods or books while I sweat. The instructions are good and the on-site video is excellent. There were only two moments in the whole process that required a bit of thought - one was when construction the seat, slide it in before fastening the two side walls, and the other was hooking up the connection under the seat - the wiring with the correct connector needed to be pulled through the back panel. Otherwise the whole thing is a no-brainer. Canadian Spa staff whom I contacted for advice before my purchase were quick to get back to me in person on the phone and gave me the information I needed. The sauna is sold as being for 1-2 people. It is quite snug for two average women, but for one it is big enough to sit comfortably on the bench with your knees up and your back leaning against the batons covering the side heating panel. I think two men would probably find it a bit too intimate. Anyway, I have been planning an indoor sauna for years and the reality has actually exceeded my expectations. The company and the product are both outstanding.

i bought your 3 person hot tube 11 months ago 4 jets fell apart could be my fault didnt use crystal instead of pucks ok so i ordered 4 jets 25.00ech (100.00) $9000.00 for hot tube ordered parts 15 days ago went on sale two days later have been billed and when i called to see where my parts are they told me they they haven't even shipped yet but charged 21.00 for frieght so two weeks later and they still havent shipped very poor service right now i wouldnt recomend then to anyone not very happy at this point

Customer Service is at a very high standard

me and my wife ordered hot tub for our new house, you know, in winter times what you need after long freezing days , tired after work - all you want a good relaxatin in warm water ...
the tub came intact, no marks on it, no scatches...
we were lucky as the tub has to be installed on the 1st floor, and the gus from deliery did not have any troubles moving it
prior ordering we contact the customer service, andd they guided us , asking preliminary questions on the size, the house, the placement and etc...all was done in a pro way.
I recommend them, and my wfe too :D

Do not buy a portable tub from this company, nothing but trouble.

We recently purchased a Grand Rapids Portable Hot Tub.
This was advertised as a 2025 Grand Rapids hot tub, yet it was packed in a box that clearly had the date of 2021 on it in two different places, so not new, really, more like old stock.
When it arrived, the box was very dirty and had been resealed underneath.
The hot tub developed a leak on the inside of the main bladder within 24 hours, this was replaced free of charge.
The pump then failed on first use of less than 30 minutes, and to add to that, the inflatable top kept deflating.
We thought we would switch to Canadian Spa after using other brands for some time, and we were due for a new hot tub.
The only reason we use the so-called portable inflatable tubs is that we have no room for a solid tub.
We ended up sending it back and got a refund, yet the amount of time and effort people put into setting these up, plus the cost, is not compensated for.
This was for us a very bad experience from start to finish, and we would certainly not recommend this company to anyone.

Bought a Canadian Spa hot tub through Robert Dyas. Had a couple of issues with some items with the lid not staying inflated. Robert Dyas and then Canadian Spa were great. Three days after speaking with Robert Dyas, and then speaking with Canadian Spa to understand the issue, the item arrived without question through the post. Spot on service.

So far so good I purchased the 2024 Grand rapids 110 jets inflatable hot tub from themselves so I'm assuming because I have purchased from them directly if anything goes wrong I'll have more luck to get help with it.

So at the moment the product which is a inflatable hot tub is still boxed at home I have also purchased a chemical starter kit and spare filters all 3 came within 3 days of purchase and although they all came at seperate occasions and on seperate days I'm happy they all arrived undamaged in a timely fashion.

Now guys I leave honest reviews but not just that little do the company know but I am a YouTuber and my partner works for a magazine where she basically has free roam to write about topics she chooses and the magazine has ties with mothersnet and other forums so IF we experience problems and WHEN I get home next week I will let you ALL know or not whether the Grand Rapids 2024 Inflatable hot tub is worth buying or NOT and depending on how our experience is if it isn't you'll know about it as you always do if we experience any problems 😉 so will they too! 😅😂👌 But so far so good!

From the initial telephone contact to the online ordering and then dealing with a missing part and a problem with the top the response and service was very quick and easy and the contact was very responsive and more than helpful.
The product as expected was good quality and excellent value for money.
