I think there should be a manual and also a video about the specific bike. I have a remaining object that I have no idea where to fix it also the front light is a problem for me to fix. But in all it’s a nice bike. Very practical.

Bike is great. Daughter loved it. Exactly as it was described on the website. The delivery was quick. Email updates on when the bike is coming also helped a lot.

fast delivery without any issue. installation was not a big deal especially when following a well explained in a youtube video shared by Cortego.

The bike had two buckled wheels, so you can not drive with the bike. On the video they show lights and a lock but they are not included.

The Cargo was in kit form which went together reasonably well. The mounting for the front carrier was different to the instruction video and - if I‘m honest - not as good as the one shown in the video. There was a screw short in the bag. However, the video was good and the bike rides well too! Certainly value for money!

We purchased a bicycle from Cortego in February 2026. Just four months later, while my son was riding, the threaded hole in the left crank arm completely failed, causing the pedal to fall off and rendering the bike completely unsafe and unusable.
When we contacted Cortego customer service, they immediately dismissed our claim, alleging the damage was due to "incorrect pedal installation" rather than a product defect—despite the bike being used under normal riding conditions.
To make matters worse, even after sending the defective part directly to the manufacturer for inspection, they still refused to repair or replace it. Under EU and Dutch consumer laws, customers are entitled to durable products that are fit for purpose, and sellers are responsible for resolving unexpected failures within the 2-year warranty period.
Cortego has refused to stand by their product, provide a basic replacement part, or take accountability. I strongly advise potential buyers to beware of their lack of post-purchase support and refusal to honor consumer rights.
We will report them to ACM for follow-up and go to court if necessary.

Beautiful light blue bike for my teen daughter. She finds it super comfortable and the gears work smoothly. The packing and delivery were excellent. I'm very happy with the service.

Instruction manual is easy to handle. Service quality is fast.
Quality of the bike is great.
