tent is great! Very easy to set up! Instructions on how to fold are not very clear so did need the video on YouTube for that. Delivery wasn't great either, said to deliver in a day, took four days and kept saying it was delayed so ended up buying another tent and then it was suddenly delivered when it said it wouldn't be there that day. Looks great though and lots of room inside. Good price as well. Would definitely recommend.

I ordered a scooter to give to my child for his birthday. It's been 2 weeks and no message. I contacted them and they haven't even shipped it yet. This is terrible! I don't recommend ordering from this company.

Excellent product, service and delivery. We have used the travel cot many times already, it's a great design. Looking forward to using the highchair we have now purchased.

I was very pleased with this product. Shipping was quite quick and it was easy to put together. I have taken the stroller on a run and it worked very well and was surprisingly light to push. It is very large, which is a challenge to store in a small flat, but overall pleased with the purchase so far

06/08 i made an order for a buggy. A week later i received a mail that the delivery would take a little bit longer. A week after that i received another e-mail with a suggestion to e-mail them back to help me. I did, but the mailadress was not available.
A few days later i received a 'personal' mailadres from 'Melvin' from Deryan to mail him back if i needed help. I did and didn't receive an answer. I've waited a week and send another mail with the question to response my previous one.
Now we're 4/09 and i didn't receive an update, a response or any information. I can't contact them in any way. I feel scammed and hope to get my money back.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Horrible customer service!!!! Package never arrived (it’s been two months now!!!), I have not been reimbursed, no response even after trying to understand what happened multiple times, I only got automatic AI bullshit replies. Your business is a scam. How is it ok to treat your customer like this and steal their money??

AVOID AVOID AVOID. They never reply and I bought a pram a couple months ago the brake jammed shut and they replied to the first email and none since. I feel like this is scam company don’t even take the chance. Buy elsewhere

Terrible customer service
Still missing spare parts to my order to be able to assemble the product. It has now been almost 3 months. I have tried reaching out to you guys +10 times, but your service is absolute ridiculous. No reply in two weeks no.. If I hadn't got the product in first place, I would call this shop a SCAM!!!

This is a scam. It has been a month and I still haven’t received my product.

I am very happy with my Deryan bed. It is beautiful, practical and very comfortable. The quality is excellent and it looks exactly like the pictures. It is easy to use and I am very satisfied with my purchase. I would definitely recommend it! ❤️

Terrible customer service. They don’t pick up phones and all replies are by AI. It has worsened tremendously since my last orders.

Have been trying to get a replacement spare part now for more than 9 months, with generic replies - to which I already replied more than once - but the part is never actually sent!

Two months in and still I didn’t get my order…customer service also non existent. I completely lost my money.

Not bad experience

Super happy with this purchase!Bought a boy's bike and the delivery was super fast. The bike itself is excellent—very stable and great quality. It looks amazing with a beautiful color, and the tires are really good. Highly recommend it!
