I have bought a unbound motor from CNCEST.. i have ask how to fill the gear oil, they send me a video how to remove the shaft to top up oil, when the motor came it have a drain and refill screw, the seller send me the video with the most difficult option instead to showing me just to refill from the easy way

Cncest Customer Service were always very courteous and helpful with product information queries and delivery timelines, and I would highly recommend them for purchasing bicycles or tricycles.

Buyer beware! I purchased a chair lift from this company and paid a lot of money for it. Once I received the chair and assembled it, it became clear that the item had been used, and most importantly, it was not the product that I paid for; it was a knockoff version of what was advertised. The company refuses to have the item picked up and my money returned although the product was never used. Extremely poor customer service, and scam tactics are used to get the consumer to pay the high cost of shipping and restocking fees. Awful company!!!

This company sells broken mixer. When emailed they about the mixer they wanted a good review before I could get a new machines and when you request your money back or a new machine. They tell you to give a good review, screen shot the review, send the screen shot review picture to them and they will send you a new machine. After doing what they ask. They then say, will let you package the machine and you send it back and we might give you your money back . This company cncest is a fraud, do not buy from them. Anna is the person name at this

Terrible experience. I bought a bike seat which came completely un-cushioned, no instructions, and the hardware was loose in the box. Besides all that, I realized it wouldn’t fit on my bike and started emailing Anna in customer service about returning. She is slow to get back to me at every turn, changes the information in every email, and doesn’t seem to read any of the emails I send. Now that we’ve finally agreed on the refund amount, she claimed she’d send a return label and then completely ghosted me. I haven’t heard from her in about 2 weeks.

If i could give this place a no star I would, I purchased a wheelchair for my 96th yr old Mom, the chair was missing parts and very poor quality, I returned to them 1 month ago and have yet to receive my refund. I keep getting replies from Anna prolonging a response not to refund my money.

My product was damage during shipping they promply respond and replace the product am satisfied.
