Product is great, delivery was a bit disappointing. Delivery company said they rang and no one answered, so I had to pick up the package (which was very inconvenient to transport due to its heaviness) from a Späti quite far from my place.

Happy with my purchase

Early delivery
The delivery was excellent - 2 days earlier than expected. The delivery company was very helpful. The downside was the chair had a fitting which wasn't compatible with my UK fitting. Also none of the pipework under the chair was connected so flooded my room on the first use. A plumber sorted both problems.

We are very pleased that the delivery arrived earlier than expected and that the delivery company was so helpful. At the same time, we are very sorry that the chair had an incompatible fitting and that the unconnected pipework caused flooding during the first use. We understand how frustrating and inconvenient this must have been, even though a plumber was able to resolve both issues.

I bought a mulled wine warmer from Expondo about 2.5 years ago, and it unexpectedly broke down. The device no longer heats up or keeps the liquid warm.
I assumed the issue would be covered by the warranty, but Expondo informed me that the warranty did not apply to the product. I was also willing to resolve the matter amicably by purchasing a similar replacement product at a discounted price, but Expondo was not even willing to offer this option.
The situation changed, however, when I found an older video published by Expondo before I made my purchase. In the video, the same product is clearly stated to have a three-year warranty. This raises a serious question as to why Expondo is now denying warranty coverage when the product appears to have been covered by a three-year warranty at the time of purchase.
I find Expondo’s warranty practices very unclear. Despite my request, Expondo has also failed to provide a written explanation as to why the failure of a product only 2.5 years old would not be covered by its statutory liability under consumer protection law.
I expected better customer service and, above all, a properly justified solution. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Expondo’s products.
If you are considering buying from Expondo, I strongly recommend checking the warranty terms carefully and keeping evidence of the warranty conditions that applied at the time of purchase.
