Poor quality chain
I bought a chain from them for a road bike. I went on a road trip with the motorcycle, 12 days of riding, constantly worried it would break because the quality was absolutely terrible. Despite proper tensioning and daily lubrication every morning, the chain would end up completely loose and it wore out 4 chain guides, chewed into the swingarm, and destroyed the engine sprocket and rear sprocket (which were brand new).
24mx didn’t want to know anything about it and didn’t refund me a single cent.

We are sorry to hear that your experience with the chain did not meet your expectations, especially during an important road trip.
After review by our technical department, we confirmed that we would proceed with a refund for the chains and that there is no need to return them. However, we also advised that these chains should only be used on motorcycles requiring a tensile strength below 7160 LBS, in order to avoid possible damage to the vehicle.
Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the additional costs requested for the other damaged components. As a gesture of goodwill, we have nevertheless offered you a discount code valid on a future purchase.
We understand your frustration and sincerely regret the inconvenience caused. Our intention has always been to find a fair solution within the scope of our warranty policy.
