Steer away from Vinted and search for better more common sense platforms. I have been on it for 6 years, created a considerable base of customers, as well as built a trustworthy reputation and hundreds of reviews. All gone within a day because of the ban policy. Appealing with them does nothing. They have an AI integrated system, same responses over and over again and no resolution. Besides this, another problem is they are HEAVILY biased towards clients and not sellers. But who do buyers buy from, after all? This is great for me as a buyer but bad for me as a seller. They detect some small issue with your upload (Bad AI system) and its immediately erased. Of course this adds up and then you become permanently banned. It was fun for all these years, as well as nerve wrecking.

It will keep losing loyal users.

It is sadly goodbye to this platform.

I recently ordered from Biogena a couple of supplements. I kept in contact with the team regarding the delivery and it took less than a week to the Netherlands. All went well and I am happy with my supplements. I was a bit skeptical considering other reviews but all went well. If I like the performance of the supplements and the service quality keeps high, I will continue to be a client, thank you all.

Ordered from abroad and received timely and in good state. I recommend.

1. Changing and shower rooms are very cold. Water in showers have little pressure. Clearly not enough to properly wash yourself off accumulated sweat (or your hair). If you want to get sick, this is the place To.

2. Waiting for machines to use them, sometimes, a lot of time is wasted..I don't plan to do cardio my whole visit there. Get more of them or a bigger gym.

3. Lately, I got health problems that debilitated me and thus I could not use the gym anymore. I understand it is in the contract agreements but in cases such as health problems that pose a disability or leaving the country there should be exceptions or AT LEAST a diminishing of costs.

Greediness, greediness and more greediness.

I ordered many times with Deloox and every time it was proper and loved my products. If there was a damaged item or there was a need for return it was solved properly. Waiting times can be quite long though, sometimes you have to contact directly by phone because with mail it takes long to solve your inquiry and sometimes won't receive an answer.
Other than that, I had good experiences and will continue to order from here.

I didn't have any significant problems with PostNL. Delays were rare and pick up points slow and lots of waiting, sometimes would not be left at the neighbours despite specifying it in the app, but that's about it. However, it came the day where I would be very disappointed with PostNL. have ordered a package from a store in Netherlands (ordered before, trustworthy and real). I was notified the delivery should take place 3 days ago. The status in the app did not update saying "the package is not yet received or scanned by PostNL" which is weird. i called two days later and I was notified I am going to receive it during the day. Of course, nothing came. I hope my package is not lost. Shame for not keeping your word and misleading a customer!

I took the plunge to order natural supplements from this company despite some of the reviews. In around a week it arrived in the Netherlands.
I'm pleased with my order and will order from now on from here! :)
