Finally after getting nowhere in store managed to email company directly and was very impressed with the service from them.

Returned a charm as it was faulty, had my bank statement as proof of purchases, yes purchases as I'd spent over 400 pounds between October and November, but because I didn't have the written card they wouldn't replace the charm. The fact that I had all the receipts of purchases on my banking app, they wouldn't entertain me. This was a gift that I had said I would return as I felt rotten that it had broken. Not good customer service at all. Didn't want money back just a new charm to replace the broken one .

Good toothbrush,but takes an age to charge, don't like this at all. Need another toothbrush while it's charging. Then it only lasts about a week. Will not buy another.was purchased from Boots.

Delivery company never did what was asked. Called cotswold and they couldn't have been nicer. Their furniture is also beautiful worth a visit .

Worst ever never did any of what was to be done, but they ticked all the boxes that they had. Luckily I've got the photos. Do not use this company

Couldn't appraise them highly enough for their knowledge understanding and excellent care given to our dog Hugo nurse Tegan and vet Anna were absolutely brillian, would definitely recommend them.

Can't believe this company. Bullying a customer for 63 pounds. 10 letters my daughter has received in 2 weeks. Not even worthy of one star. Time to go to the press.
