DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ONLINE SCAM! Honestly, nothing looks like the pictures.. the quality is terrible, sizing is way off and the return policy is non existent. When I wanted to return my purchases, they said to keep them and they'd give me credit minus €10 for my next delivery. With no choice I ordered a jacket and trench coat hoping that I couldn't go wrong. I was told jacket out of stock and they would have to take another €10 off the credit my for delivery of my next purchase!! And the trench coat arrived in the shape of a short black polyester jacket. Honestly, is the hope that people will just give up?? .. which is kinda what happens.. they have your money. The psychology of it all! As well as that, when you place your order, they send an email immediately telling you that you forgot something in your basket.. is this a way of making you order more??
One tiny positive, they do respond to emails quickly.. unless it's an AI bot which wouldn't surprise me !!

I find GoDaddy website builder to be user-friendly and very easy to navigate. Just BEWARE that if you cancel a website domain or subscription package, check the GoDaddy billing page as auto-renewals may still exist with your payment information even after you cancel directly with the customer service team.

Such poor customer service! No way of contacting Nespresso - only by phone which could take over 30 minutes to get through. LiveChat Ireland does not work. Apparently the Nespresso Tech team and Customer Support team are in different countries and on different systems and are unable to communicate.. hello .. is this the 1990s?? I would have expected much better customer service from Nespresso - my machine (second machine) is faulty and they have not yet collected it for repair as promised, I am so sorry I wasted money on this machine and all the pods to date. I think I will re-install my old faithful Tassimo!

An update - received the machine after repair. It still has EXACTLY the same issue. And the package includes a despatch note with a charge of €47.06 when I was told it was free of charge. Besides, it is not working!! I am now on hold for the last 15 minutes as the LIVE CHAT Ireland does not work and you can't email nespresso. I am just so shocked at this type of service from a brand that I thought was so reputable!

I ordered collector tickets in error, customer service chat was very helpful and responsive. Updated my tickets to standard and issued refund with absolutely no stress. Very good service.
