I would give this a zero if I could

I would give this a zero if I could. I haven't received my package yet from July 8th order. I have emailed you as well as sent a message on messenger. I am not sure how to get a hold of you and receive my items that I have already paid for. We have since had to purchase elsewhere as we needed some of the things.

I'm so annoyed

I'm so annoyed. I continue to get deliveries that I skip. I have cancelled my subscription and reactivated because the guy on the phone assured me that I would get an email alert before my order is sent. Nope. I'm just surprised when I see the money drained from my account and I get meals that I don't get to choose. I'm officially done with this.
