I received my first box and most of the fresh ingredients (produce) were slimy and rotten. One bag had a BB date on the day it was delivered. I tried again with the second box and the same thing with the rotten produce. Really disappointed in the quality. Even with discount codes I don’t think it would be worth it to try again.

Pros but mostly cons
Pros:
Delivery is fast and on time. Vegetables are fresh.
Cons:
The meat is terrible quality.
The quantity is very little for 4 servings.
Last but not least, the price was $85 for 3 meals… that’s ludicrous. And the “4 servings” is enough to maybe feed a grown man, and maybe scraps for anyone else.

Tailored Selections of meals
I love Chefs plate and the new feature to tailor meals for what I am looking for and browse more efficiently. However, I find it resets everytime I login in to browse so if it saved the settings even when I ask it to save it doesn't seem to. I would also love a favourite button to save all my favourites so week to week if the meal is available to order is easy to choose rather than trying to find again in the browsing process.

I was charged a hidden Premium…
I was charged a hidden Premium Surcharge on a menu item. The portions are much smaller than advertised (they must use very small plates and camera angles). It is very difficult to contact customer service/support. Very dissatisfied and disappointed with Chefs Plate! Not sure if I will continue. I have skipped all upcoming meals, until I hear back from them…the satisfaction or money back is pretty much impossible!

Interesting recipes, quality ingredients
The recipes are interesting and there is little measurement needed because everything is exactly the right amount. There is a huge variety to select from each week and the ingredients are fresh! No issues for me.

It’s tough
It’s tough! The food I’ve picked has been very yummy and enjoyable. However there have been many mishaps boxes being destroyed so i received no meals, getting sent the wrong items. Half the time the website doesn’t load.

Packed produce was not fresh
Packed produce was not fresh, some even spoiled. I was also told I was sent several recipes that were completely different than what I actually received. Honest feedback is that it was way more hassle than it was worth and expensive considering items were missing or not good. Better off preparing your own or going with a different company

The vegetable were not fresh this time. I couldn't use the lemon and only half of the green onion. The portion of chicken could be a little more. I order for 4 but my second child ad only a very small portion of chicken.
