Found what I was looking for on the website. Placed my order on July 14 and was delivered on July 21. Delivery could be a little faster, considering we're only 1 province away. Not like it would ship from Vancouver, which takes more time to get to Quebec. But from Ontario should be a little faster. Otherwise all is good.

I would give this a zero if I could. I haven't received my package yet from July 8th order. I have emailed you as well as sent a message on messenger. I am not sure how to get a hold of you and receive my items that I have already paid for. We have since had to purchase elsewhere as we needed some of the things.

All but one item was great, poor customer service
All but one item was great. I’ve emailed to say one of the mask treatments looks dehydrated, color changed and shrunk down to half the container. I’m not getting a response and their website offers no customer service phone number to talk to someone about replacement/refund. Not happy!!
