I like the products and the price points however I am disappointed that you no longer send any samples of things to try I have gotten samples in the past that I have wound up buying full size products afterwards

The fact that my signature was required…
The fact that my signature was required upon delivery caused a major delay for receiving my parcel. They tried delivering on the Wednesday but I was at the office so could not receive and they did not try delivering again until the Sunday do took almost an extra week for me to get package. You should send without requiring signature and if that option is not available, try changing courriers
