1 star because couldn’t award zero. Scammers. I had insurance but they said I needed to take out their £50 a day insurance , never received any documents re car or insurance, certain I was misled and scammed out of £650. Total dodgy outfit, bullies and scammers, refused to provide any evidence of insurance or documents relating to car during entire duration of the hire. Fraudsters , avoid , they will scam you
