Pensé que iba a comprar un minimac 2014 con 8 GB de RAM y 256 GB de SSD. Esta era la especificación anunciada para la máquina. Recibí un minimac 2012 con 8 gb de RAM y 120 gb de SSD. La máquina llegó haciendo ruido y después de quitar la cubierta del consumidor en la parte inferior encontré 1 tornillo suelto en el interior y otro tornillo de fijación faltaba por completo.
Me he comparado con fotografías para corroborar el mal servicio y la lista incorrecta del producto y todavía espero una respuesta. Basura. Ninguna razón puede excusar un servicio tan pobre.
