I booked quite a few high speed train tickets from the agency in the summer of 2025, including Chaling to Zhang Jia Jie, Chen du to Xi An, Hongkong to Guang Zhou , etc. The service is reliable and I got all the tickets that I need.

I was very surprised today to see a very high interest charge on my account since I already set up monthly auto payment. I thought everything is taken care of and no need to pay special attention. I called to dispute the charge and was told that the charge was because a promotion in March expired in October. However, I never received the original March statement and the online account only allows me to see statements back to May. I have 800+ credit score , never need to pay any interest on any of my credit card in the 20 years that I have credit cards. I always pay my bill on time. This care credit company is very irresponsible and unreliable. I will pay off the remaining balance and never have anything to do with this credit card.

I bought several women's clothing and one set of men's pajamas from ElleSilk. My favorite purchase are women's silk dress and men's pajamas. The dress look elegant on me and I wear it to attend the birthday parties. My husband like the pajamas and wear it almost every day.
I don't use thermal top and pants that often since they ran a little bigger size for me. However, they are also very comfortable for home casual wearing.

I recently purchased the silk bed fitted sheet and really liked it. It is premium quality.

I have purchased ElleSilk products for many times. The most recent purchases is a set of pajamas for my mother-in-law as Mother’s Day gift. She really loved it. I also got a silk top for myself in the same order. I like the silky smooth touch feeling on my skin and I plan to order more products from ElleSilk.

New updates written on 12/28/2021: I changed my review from 5 star to 3 star because after one month I have used my silk cover , there appeared many pills on the cover which was very uncomfortable on the skin. I didn’t find this problem with other three silk products that I purchased from this seller. I have been very careful with the Silk covers and only washed it once with special silk wash when I first got it. I washed other three silk products the same way. So I don’t know why the products are very different quality even from the same seller. The replacement is not viable since it is already used.

I first ordered a ElleSilk silk duvet cover at Amazon. I really love it because it’s so soft and comfortable so I ordered more silk bed sheets and duet cover from its website. The website offers some items on sale not available elsewhere. The shipping took about two weeks because they were shipped from overseas. I don’t mind the waiting. This time I am really happy about the product. I will continue to buy from Elle since my search on real good silk bed products is over. I can stick to the brand and no need to spend time on searching.
