Renovating a house and looking at installing many column radiators. Ordered one to try from UKRadiators that arrived promptly. Checked it and it appears to be all straight. The instructions say there are 4 brackets to fit, I have been supplied with 6. I have emailed them asking if I am supposed to fit 6 or 4. I've messaged several times on their online chat and I have been seeing a message for around 3 hours saying I am next in a queue and an agent will be with me shortly. Tried phoning but got put on hold. May have to try someone else for the rads in the rest of the house.

Found lampmasters.co.uk via google. Website all looked like an official UK business. Ordered some products only to find they took a while to come and had arrived from Europe. Feel a bit deceived and bit concerned as to whether they are paying UK Tax.

First off We ordered a Green package for Ibiza via Tui as this was their preferred and cheapest option.

Ibiza then required a Pre departure PCR so we tried changing to a Green+ package. But it was too late and too close to the holiday so we had to use another provider for that separate test. Good job we did really as Chronomics are very unreliable.

Our chronomics Antigen tests did not arrive before our holiday. They said they were being dispatched but then suddenly their website changed to a delivery date of 2022!
The PCR tests remained as being dispatched on the date of our arrival back in the UK (17th)

on the 17th I received a message saying they will be delivered tomorrow (18th) but they eventually turned up on the 19th. But then I am unable to register the kits. The registration forms stop at a question of ''which passenger locator form reference does this test apply to" and it will not give me any options or allow me to proceed.

tried phoning this company lots over the past few weeks and there are no humans there just a voicemail or it diverts you to a TUI general line where no options are applicable and you have to stay on hold for several hours. Absolute Joke

Taking orders for items they don't actually have in stock. I ordered a premium bbq 3 days ago. I received an email telling me the item is not in stock so my.order has been cancelled. The item is still available to order on their website. Tried contacting customer services but they just send a standard reply about their website occasionally not showing true stock levels. Won't answer me as to why it is still showing in stock and they are taking orders still. Now I have to wait 3-5 days for a refund. So they have had my money for up to 8 days for no reason and I have missed out on purchasing the item elsewhere. Really poor way to run a business. I won't be using them or their sister company again.

Now have three lovense toys. Lush2, nora and diamo. Brilliant being able to play with her whilst I am stuck at work. Quite pricey but they are real good quality and fun. they keep making improvements to the ranges. Vibrations are very powerful. I can only put her lush on around one third power to keep it controllable. The long distance functions are brilliant. The diamo isn't as good. The hole isn't stretchy so it's a bit limited for use.
