Unable to get an answer from them
Renovating a house and looking at installing many column radiators. Ordered one to try from UKRadiators that arrived promptly. Checked it and it appears to be all straight. The instructions say there are 4 brackets to fit, I have been supplied with 6. I have emailed them asking if I am supposed to fit 6 or 4. I've messaged several times on their online chat and I have been seeing a message for around 3 hours saying I am next in a queue and an agent will be with me shortly. Tried phoning but got put on hold. May have to try someone else for the rads in the rest of the house.

Regarding the brackets, we’d recommend using all 6 brackets supplied for this radiator. We’ve also contacted you directly to make sure everything is clear and to help with any questions you have.
We’re pleased to hear the radiator arrived promptly and we’d really appreciate the opportunity to get this sorted for you before you make a decision on the rest of the radiators for the house.

As an installer
As an installer, it’s difficult to find a one stop shop for all types of radiators and towel rails.
Placed my first order of many last week, the rads and towel rails arrived well packaged in two days and they’re being fitted on Friday!

The courier services twice said they had tried to deliver when they had not.
I contacted UK radiators on both occasions and they replied swiftly and chased the courier service. Superb customer service, poor choice of couriers (but is there a good one!)
