Suddenly, after 10+ years, they want - why?! - a second email to add to be able to login to my account.

This is the worst of all companys I had to do with so far!

You can NOT send your order back due to they using legal loopholes!

They also trying to prevent people from spreading how bad it is in forms of they not allowing you to make a review on Amazon for example if you did not buy the product there.

Also instead of improving their silly products, they now selling you a black mat for over 100€, just for their machines to stay better (they do not stand fully still) while you use them, lol.

I ordered Chucks in February and did wear them 1-2x per week and now after a longer walk yesterday on both shoes the inner side is coming loose.

Bad quality.

1.) Coupons resulting in a higher end price due to it gets not calculated with the (free) shipping costs.

2.) Red Points are a joke, cause you can't spend more than the value of your order and you lose them if you don't spend them within 1 year or make no order within 6 months.

The new version of terrariums are cheap in terms of quality compared to the old version, everyone with experience knows this!

Do yourself a favor and stop producing the new "Pro"-series and again produce the good old ones!

I have enough of this stupid time notes "Order within 1 hour to get it at XY day." and then suddenly, when that hour is not over, it says a different day or after buying it, it suddenly says an earlier day without the "buy it within XY time"-note.

I miss the good old Oral-B: No computer, a simple on- and off-button, white color and good brush heads.

It's not that great, alot of questionable patches over the years. Developers living in their own bubble. No balance and broken classes.

In August 2021 they answered me a ticket from July 2019...

I still couldn't finish this ticket since their support is so weird; They always cleaning the chat history and one time they say so and the other time they say completely different.
