Quality parts, competitive price & speedy delivery. What's not to like ?

Competitive prices, excellent service and quick international delivery to Scotland.

A wide range of quality twin-slot shelving brackets at competitive prices, but do buy direct - their Amazon prices are much higher, as I found to my cost.
Delivery was very prompt via a reliable courier, and they arrived well packaged.
Very happy with the choice, the product, the price and the service.

Good quality products and sometimes good value too, but beware of the deception at payment. I was asked to provide an email address "just so that we can send you your receipt". I was then subjected to a barrage of incessant spam for several days until I unsubscribed.
To be fair, the unsubscribe request was respected, but a little more honesty up front and a little less abuse of your customers' trust would definitely be appreciated.

The website was easy to use and logically laid out. Fees were also shown upfront, which I applaud. However, they REALLY don't want you to read the T&Cs as any attempt to read them results in the connection timing out after about a minute and you have to start the entire process again, entering all details from scratch.
This may be an oversight with a timeout that just needs fixing, but it does leave a bit of a negative impression in what was otherwise a positive experience.

The lady I spoke to (Lada ?) was very friendly, helpful and professional. She resolved all my queries efficiently and to my complete satisfaction.
