Good customer service communication, excellent quality wool, knitting and overall creation of the products, and of course, the sale prices. The shipping is a bit costly, but it's very quick.

These knitted garments (sweaters, coatigans, shawls and so on) are luxurious, soft, comfortable and pretty. Quality wool that manages all cool and cold temperatures. I have purchased three items and couldn't be happier. The delivery is amazingly fast. I live in Italy and it gets here from Ireland in less than two days! Customer service is excellent.

I just happened to see through my window the delivery man open his truck, place the package on the ground by the gate and leave. He never pushed the intercom, he never called my phone number. Because I saw him, I was able to retrieve the package right away out of the heat. This is the second time a driver didn't ring the bell. Other delivery services ring the intercom bell so I know the package has arrived. The box contained vitamins and in this extreme heat I would think letting me know would have been an important concern for the delivery person.

The person who delivered the box did NOT ring my bell, or call my phone number so the box was left in the heat without me knowing it. The contents were very warm. Also the glass jar of vitamins although wrapped in bubble wrap was broken on the bottom of the jar. Many pieces of glass were inside the bottle. The parcel must have been thrown or badly treated. It was dented on one side. I cut my finger when taking the plastic wrap off the bottle as I didn't know it was broken on the bottom. The box was left on the curb of the driveway.

The person who eventually took care of my problem with my purchase was professional, helpful, efficient and fixed everything.

As with your products that I purchased before, quick delivery, excellent quality. Couldn't be happier.

This is an update from my previous review which Trustpilot considered "untrue and unverified" because I refused to provide many personal documents they requested. Trustpilot is NOT an unbiased website. However, I wish to leave an updated comment for Wowfare.... Shortly after I posted my now-deleted comment, I received a call from Roosevelt in the Wowfare Exchange Department. He was apologetic regarding my situation and helpful. He processed 83% of my refund to be received within 21 days, and provided $150 worth of vouchers for future flights through Wowfare. He was helpful, promised to make my case a priority regarding expediting the refund. He was professional and resolved the issue. As an employee, I am sure this was the best he could do for me under company rules.
