Review of Evri

Good Until Bad And Then It’s Appalling

Overall, EVRI have been a good delivery service. However, when it goes wrong, as in parcels being lost, things disappear into a black hole of bureaucracy. I’ve been prompting them for weeks regarding a lost parcel and when I do get a response, it’s full of non apology / non ownership language.
I think you’re just expected to give up and accept that your money is gone and that no-one is responsible for your problem.
Update - Since writing this review, an EVRI bot has responded (see below). I have called the number and received an automated response, stating that my query is in hand. No option to speak to anyone. It’s a closed loop of non customer service.

Do Not Buy From Rubbersole

Zero response when my package was lost by EVRI.
I’ve contacted them three times so far. No acknowledgment.
No working phone number that I can find.
