If i could give 0 stars i would!
downloaded this when i stayed in Glasgow for the weekend (a bit useless you can only use it where you downloaded it?) and ive never needed it since.
have tried multiple times to get my money back from my wallet and they will not refund me. had an email in october 2025 saying glasgow next bike was closing so id get my money refunded.. never happened.
have contacted customer services who said i had to do this by email.. but guess what.. they don’t respond!
i emailed them a week ago asking to get my money back so i could close my account and what did they do?! just closed my account without refunding me so now i can’t even get into the app!!
i can’t believe it. fuming!
absolute scammers, stay clear!!!

i had to leave a review for this because i was very sceptical due to the trust pilot reviews! however i had no reason to be, the flights were great. we flew manchester to düsseldorf and we had no problems. the flights were both on time, (the one returning was 15 minutes early), the planes were clean, the staff were nice - even gave us a mini chocolate egg when we arrived in düsseldorf (easter). i would also like to mention that i am familiar with all types of flights (budget, long haul etc) and eurowings were the only airline to sit me and my partner next to each other without paying for seats - this was a huge bonus, as usually were sat about 15 seats apart!
the only thing i can’t comment on is luggage which i see most reviews are about, we only had hand luggage so not sure if our experience may have been different if we had hold luggage?
however, i wouldn’t write off this airline,
i have been on far worse budget airlines - in the uk and out. for a short flight i would recommend :)

awful experience. i was hesitant before we flew but i always take reviews with a pinch of salt. should have listened to my gut as we had a terrible experience. flight delayed 1.5h on the way there (manc - dalaman) and they amended seats on the day of departure, i paid for seats together yet ended up sitting 20 rows behind my partner - not one person helped me with this, even worse as people around us hadn’t paid for seats yet sat together!!! disappointing as it was my partners birthday and put a big dampener on the holiday. the way back was much worse - delayed by 4.5h. no one told us what was going on, moved us from gate to gate with no real reason why the flight was cancelled and had to wait for another plane coming from antalya. i complained to their customer services when we got back and still not received a response over 3 weeks later, their whatsapp responses no help either - they are clearly not bothered about their customers - worst airline i have ever flown with and i have flown with a lot. such a shame as the flight itself was fine. TUI are also no help so don’t think i will ever get a response - shocking. if you aren’t bothered about delays then this airline would be fine for you

i was a bit sceptical at first as i usually like to use evri as it’s so simple, but this was a really easy process. really quick and easy to use, you just follow the instructions on screen. i have only just done it today so haven’t gone through the full journey but so far so good. i also like how they send you a text straight away as confirmation for peace of mind

i originally saw this company on Etsy but decided to buy from their website after browsing. i bought personalised sunglasses and beach balls for a hen do and they look great! really looking forward to my friends seeing them. delivery was quick, i had emailed about a personalisation query i had and they responded politely and swiftly. would definitely purchase again :)

i bought the personalised blanket for a friends birthday. the quality was great, the blanket was super soft and the pictures of the dogs were so clear (i was worried they wouldn’t come out well as i’d used a screenshot). delivery was just as expected and i would definitely shop here again :)
