Only suggestion is to have the exit barriers and scanner closer as the barrier did not rise when I passed the scanner and I had to reverse awkwardly to make it do so.

The extra cost of insurance was added unexpectedly at the end of my transaction. I do not need this extra Excess Insurance as I have an annual policy. Very annoying and downright entrapment in my opinion.

With our service in case of damage or theft you may claim back the charges from our company up to 1500 eur (you may check terms and conditions available via my booking page).
The service can be removed even after the confirmation of a rental and before the rental start date.
